Dostie Homes Announced as Newest Builder in Nocatee

In September, Dostie Homes was named the newest builder within the prestigious Twenty Mile section of Nocatee, the 3rd best-selling Community in America! The Parc Group made the announcement when releasing plans for its newest community, The Crossing at Twenty Mile. The Crossing at Twenty Mile is the newest addition to Nocatee’s historic Twenty Mile community of homes. Located in St. Johns County just west of the Intracoastal Waterway, Twenty Mile will be one of Nocatee’s most distinctive communities, with large oak trees, split-rail fencing and a rustic, Old-Florida style. One of the great historic features is the brick pavers placed at the entrances from the original County Road 210; the charm is evident as soon as you enter the neighborhood. Four homes will be one-story plans, with an optional second story bonus room and bedrooms as pre-planned options. Three homes will be two-story plans with large master suites downstairs and secondary bedrooms and loft spaces upstairs. The elevations will feature authentic architectural styles that emulate the historic Florida lifestyle. Many of the homes will include front porches, reminiscent of the southern home styles enjoyed with outdoor living years ago.  Dostie Homes will be building on 50’ home sites situated among natural preservation, some including lake views. It will truly be the perfect location for those looking to build their dream home within the highly desirable St. Johns County. The county has been ranked on the top ten lists of best school districts in the state of Florida. In 2014, The New York Times ranked St. Johns County the number one county in the state for quality of life.
