Building Upon Nocatee's Twenty Mile Appeal

Mirroring the Old-Florida feel of Twenty Mile, Dostie Homes is offering six new floorplans within their Classic Selection of homes at The Junction. Floorplans range from 2,400 square feet to 3,500 square feet and start in the $470s. Three homes are one-story plans, featuring expansive master suites and comfort zones - a first floor bonus room that is a favorite feature among customers. Three homes are two-story plans with downstairs master suites and loft spaces upstairs. Many of the homes include front porches, providing a sense of elegance while offering another area for outdoor enjoyment. Dostie Homes is set to break ground on two inventory homes in The Junction at Twenty Mile this month, with completion estimated this summer.
To assist families through the home buying process, Dostie Homes developed Personal Design Time, or PDT – the distinguishing characteristic of their building process.
